People are often concerned with their legacy. One of the common comments about children is that a person lives on through them. I've wondering many times whether or not Einstein had a sense of how his name would live on. Or Washington. Or Lincoln. Could those men have known that they would leave something that would outlast their beating hearts?
Having not personally devised theories for the formation and growth of the universe, founded a country or freed an enslaved people, I must say that I doubt my legacy will be quite as impressive as the men in my examples. However, thanks to a delightful website called Puzzlematic, I discovered that I too could live on forever. And without even having to make the world a better place. What could be easier?
Essentially getting my puzzle was another exercise in filling out forms, except that it was an extremely important and involved choice I had to make concerning what picture to use. I wanted to convey a sense of lighthearted wonder, but also make it clear how serious I am about my career. What picture could possibly capture all the important aspects of my personality in one convenient image?
I found one.
Now that I've been immortalized in jigsaw, I will accept fandom gifts in the form of cash, check or extreme flattery.
